On March 28, 2023, China Brilliant (Huizhou) Science and Technology Industrial Park Development Co. LTD, a subsidiary of China Brilliant Group (CBG), won an industrial land aution in Youth Area, 357 Innovation Industrial Zone, Zhongkai High-tech Zone, Huizhou, covering an area of 12 acre. It marks another step forward in CBG’s pursuit of high-quality development in enabling manufacturing.

In order to speed up the industrial layout of the Greater Bay Area(GBA) and enable the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry, as early as 2020, CBG has begun to lay out the Zhongkai High-Tech Zone in Huizhou. After two years of rapid construction, the phase I of Smart New City was officially put into operation in April 2022, covering an area of 581，251 sq.ft,and a building area of 2152，782 sq.ft.

The winning of the land auction for the phase II of Smart New City marks the initial achievement of the promotion of CBG’s “Fourth Five-Year” development strategic plan, which lays the foundation for the collaborative entity of CBG, enabling manufacturing, and adds new strength to accelerate the industrial agglomeration and high-quality development of Zhongkai High-Tech Zone.

At the same time, the the phase Ⅲ of Smart New City is accelerating，which will continue to focus on the supply chain, industrial chain and value chain, focus on the high-quality development of high-end manufacturing industry, build the world’s largest electrical warehouse, and link the phase I and phases II of the project, building a production service application scenario of the whole industrial chain and the whole life cycle.
