On June 24, Dr.Kairat Kelimbetov, Chairman of the Board of Freedom Horizon of Kazakhstan, former Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, former Chairman of AIFC (Astana International Financial Center) and former Chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, visited CBG. Zhang Chunhua, Chairman of CBG, led the senior executives and Brillink Bank team to warmly receive them, and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on deepening cooperation.

During the visit, Dr.Kelimbetov listened carefully to the introduction of CBG, and developed a strong interest in CBG’s business model, customer groups, and big data risk control model. When talking about the financial service he is familiar with, he said, “CBG has gone deep into the service manufacturing industry, and the big data risk control is full of ‘CBG wisdom’, which has brought inspiration to our financial technology development!”

During the meeting, Zhang Chunhua extended a warm welcome to Dr.Kelimbetov and his delegation, and sincerely thanked them for their support for CBG’s development in Kazakhstan. He pointed out that China and Kazakhstan enjoy a profound friendship and the two sides also share a lot of consensus in finance and other fields. As a productive service enterprise, CBG has always been moving towards the vision of “global manufacturing service provider”, and is willing to carry out more international mutually beneficial cooperation with AIFC and other organizations.

Dr.Kelimbetov said that Kazakhstan, as an important country on the Silk Road, has promoted cooperation at many levels, not only in infrastructure, but also in border trade, finance, logistics, energy, agriculture and other aspects. He stressed that AIFC is a financial technology hub in Central Asia, and Brillink Bank, registered in AIFC, has a very unique business model, rich industrial ecological support, and excellent digital risk management capability. It is believed that it will surely develop steadily and become the most important cooperative bank between Kazakhstan and China. As an excellent productive service platform in China, CBG has great potential for cooperation between the two sides in the future, linking financial resources, expanding emerging markets, and providing platform support for the efficient flow of innovative factors between countries.

The two sides also exchanged views on supporting the development of the manufacturing industry, building a trade center, and promoting the development of Brillink Bank.
